Notice to our Guests

Currency - Philippine Peso

Additional Person Fee - Extra Person is 650/person/night for Lean Season and for atiatihan date it cost 1200.

Extra Bed - 350 PHP per bed

Airport Shuttle - Please contact our Concierge Team to arrange for van service at special rates.

Please do not leave cash, valuables or any important documents in your room.

Shortened stay shall be subject to forfeiture of full payment.

Breakfast is served from 6:30AM to 10:00 Am, meal tickets are non-transferable and convertible

Room Make Up starts at 9am to 5pm only.

Hotel and restaurant bills must be settled upon presentation, payment either in cash or credit card.

Stained or damage sheets (e.g Henna Tattoo's, lipstick, hair dye) will be charge on the guest.

Washing and ironing of clothes is not allowed inside the guest room. Laundry services are available for minimal fee

We are not in a position to guarantee your safety againts accidents, death, acts of God, flood, riot, theft, or even acts of negligence. All activities ahve inherent risks to health safety and Hotel Metro will not be responsible for any eventualities related to services booked through this site.

We will not be held reponsible for any loss or damage of property left in or damaged as a result of being in your Hotel Metro room during your stay.

Statutory Requirements. The hotel is subject to statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health, hygiene and safety. These requirements must be strictly observed by you, your guests and/or representatives at all throughout your stay at the Hotel.

Guest checking out shall allow Housekeeping personnel to check the room for valuables, which the guest may have inadvertently left inside he room. In the meantime, the guests shall wait for the processing of the check out in the lobby.

No Smoking Policy & Fees -  Hotel Metro is a 100% non-smoking property. A 1,000 pesos cleaning fee will be billed to your account if smoking occurs in your room.

Luggage Storage - Luggage storage is available through the Front Desk at no additional charge.

Tax Exempt Guests - All Tax Exempt Guests must bring an Individual Tax Exempt form from their organization and present it upon checking in.

Special Requests - Any special requests, including room type, cannot be guaranteed and will be honored based on availability at check-in.

Lost & Found - Report a lost & found item during your recent stay to the reception.

Parking Fee - Complimentary parking at the Basement Parking is available for all in-house guests.
